Pros
I love working at CyberFOX mostly due to the culture. They value everyone and treat everyone fairly. The company is growing very fast. Being in sales, the products kind of sells itself and very few competitors, so that’s really great. They are issuing equity to every employee, so we’ll all own a portion of the company. The pay is great, especially being in sales and the product selling so well. Many lunches are catered throughout the week. There is plenty of training and helping me to grow as an employee and sales professional. All my teammates are competitive but we also root for each other’s successes. It’s a hybrid work model so a few days in office and a few days at home each week. I personally love that hybrid balance as I need some socialization and help to improve my skills/mentoring, but I like working from home on some days as I can extend my working hours and block out distractions.
Cons
Nothing major. Sometimes processes change and so you have to be quick to adapt, but that seems pretty reasonable to me.
