Good pay at the start and benefits, trainings are helpful, you work independently and less stress because there's no management
Cons
disorganized, long waiting time for processing of your inquiries, too many floating candidates, they hire but wont give you client so don't jump into this not being prepared. no salary increase even after the client gives you so many roles and they prioritize the clients more than your safety and your health
