Pros
Good for experience, has 2 weeks training pay, different pay per client, no EXP needed (good for newbies), strictly WFH (has office in Mindanao I think or Visayas?). Very friendly HRs, and will always check up on you.
Cons
No gov benefits, very low salary and huge cut from management, too many VA looking to land a client (sandamakmak VA nila, di ka bibigyan ng client, pag may nag post ng vacant client, agawan kayo). Micro management & naka view/tracker lagi ang device mo when working.
