      Pros

      If you are a beginner trying to get an experience, this company would be good. And the salary is good for starting freelancers.

      Cons

      Overworked. Exploited. No benefits. Only 4 accredited PTO's per year. Even on your birthdays you need to work. Even the company's event they schedule for mornings so the people who will attend will still work. For the client always. Low paying for people who stays loyal for the company.
