Pros

No Pros at all nothing good in company

Cons

I joined Cybercom Creation in 2023 through my college placement, filled with hope and excitement for my future career in IT. Unfortunately, my experience with this company turned out to be a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others before they fall into the same trap. Cybercom Creation is, in my opinion, a scam. They hired 18 developers for only 2 positions, which I initially thought was a competitive but fair opportunity. However, it soon became clear that their strategy was to cherry-pick the best and discard the rest, without providing any meaningful training or mentorship. This wouldn't be so bad if they had at least offered proper guidance, but the reality is far from that. The management at Cybercom Creation is disastrously poor. They have a seating capacity for only 30 people but hired 90 interns, cramming us into three groups. There was no structured training program; seniors barely gave us tasks and rarely took updates. The atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized, with no clear direction or support. To make matters worse, after six months of this disarray, they conducted a surprise test and used it as a pretext to remove all the candidates, including those who showed potential and had worked hard under difficult circumstances. It was a heartless and unfair process that left many talented individuals, including myself, devastated and disillusioned. If you're considering joining Cybercom Creation, I strongly urge you to think twice. My experience there was nothing short of a disaster, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same ordeal.
