      Knowledgeable and friendly staff help you a lot. Flexible with hours too. You get exposed to almost everything the tech world has.

      Pay. They hire a lot of college kids.

      Pros

      Very laid back environment. A lot of knowledgeable people always willing to help answer any questions you have. Have a lot of freedom on how to attack workload

      Cons

      Small company so not a lot of room for upward mobility. Tasks do get repetitive at times leading to some boredom on the job.
