CyberLab has a genuinely friendly and helpful team across the board. There’s a strong focus on personal development, with clear career paths and regular check-ins that help you grow both professionally and personally. The flexibility is excellent – working from home is fully supported and trusted, with a culture that values output over hours. There are regular in-person meetups, team socials, and company-wide conferences which help keep things engaging. Salaries are competitive for a smaller company, and while not market-leading, they’re fair and reflect the company’s size and stage.
Cons
As a remote-first company, it can take time to adjust if you’re used to office life. While there are plenty of virtual touchpoints, it’s easy to feel a bit disconnected day-to-day if you’re not proactive about staying engaged.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your words and are pleased that you're continuing to have a positive experience working at CyberLab.
Management lie, favouritism towards employees with a better fitting 'face'.
Change in leadership half way through tenure, lack of support - one thing being said in monthly meetings in comparison to ‘reasons’ for not passing probation.
3 employees hired on same date, 2 employees located further away were let go. Third employee manages to maintain employment despite recorded results being ‘worse’. Results of a longer standing employee were incredibly poor in comparison to the new employees, and yet because he was a ‘friend’ of the right people, kept on getting opportunities that others did not.
