Pros
-Good for just a initial experience -Boost for basic understanding of IT and security services -There are reliable people in the company to look for guidance
Cons
-there are salary issues. IE the raise sometimes not done properly, alot of delay -skills of people not given the proper recognition so brings down motivation in people -there is no proper management of projects, sometimes not black n white, better if black and white liao then everything also realiable and not word of mouth la -then timing to client visit sometimes not on time, timing should be everything la, like to client place all come on time, not one person come in late -problems in company that already been voiced out not taken immediate action hence delay in managing simple issues in company -company culture is just words, not properly or genuinely followed properly, very demotivating, sorry
