Aggressive in acquiring new projects. Sense of stability and lifetime employability. Bosses are approachable and ready to listen any time. Everyone is a team player. Management does not micromanage.
Cons
No AWS but performance bonus that usually equates to 13th month. Though a good platform to motivate employees to perform in their best, it is something that every individual is looking for after end of the working year.
