Cons
- Poor benefits
- Very little pay
- No opportunity for growth, raises, etc. They will not give you new challenges or opportunities/training. They will squeeze everything they can out of every employee until they leave the company, hire new workers and repeat.
- Too fast-paced, too much pressure for the amount of pay you get
- Not a good work environment. From top level management down to program managers, they have no clue how to truly lead and create a positive environment to work in. Nobody is motivated and most people are miserable. Why would anyone want to work harder when they get no appreciation, no increased compensation, and constantly hear complaints, even though people are genuinely trying their best.
- Carcinogens and hazardous materials are present in the air at certain plants. Poor health and safety.
