      - most colleagues are good at their jobs, which makes the shift easier - rewarding

      Cons

      - keeps hiring people who shouldnt be working in healthcare or doesnt understand how their behaviour effects others - long hours

      Pros

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
