      Some fantastic colleagues and patients

      Cons

      Management are un supportive and favor their siblings rather than invest in staff who have shown loyalty and dedication to the patients and company over a number of years. Seen good staff treated disgustingly.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
