Pros

Although the pay was respectable, I believe it could have been more competitive.

Cons

No matter how much effort I poured into my work, it often felt like nobody noticed. The manager rarely had a word of praise to spare, and recognition seemed reserved for those higher up the ladder. It's tough to keep going on when you feel like just another cog in the machine.

Pros

Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

Cons

Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
