Pros

The community dynamic and work relationships make the job almost worth it.

Cons

Cygnet management only cares about making money. They are understaffed, overwork their staff, and do not provide proper training. The responsibilities that fall on a therapist are unrealistic and unmanageable. What is worse -There are a few old-timers of a certain color who would demean subordinates, and tell disrespectful things about your race. I know that it is impossible to make every staff member happy, but it is very clear as to why the company has considerable challenges with retention rates.

Pros

Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

Cons

Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
