      I work with passionate and caring people.

      Cons

      Cygnet is the worsy company ever. The awfulnees of the management is further emphasized by kind and respectful employees who work here. The health workers here are amazing, but the managers are so horrible that they will do anything to make our lives harder. It's not that the managers are deliberately doing it. They just simply don't care about the employees.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
