      Some people were nice, that is only real benefit

      My experience in the procurement team at Cygnet was challenging. There was limited opportunity for growth, and despite official working hours being 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, I often had to stay longer to complete tasks. While there are many specific issues I could highlight, I don’t think it’s necessary to go into detail. My advice for those considering joining the procurement team is to think carefully if you're serious about advancing your career.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
