      Help people lead their life the best they can. Good pay. 3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 3 days off.

      Cons

      12 hour shift so hard for single parents or those without wrap around care.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
