Great company I enjoyed it

Pay could be better, kind on low.

Really feel like the company cares about me. They are consistently looking to improve overall. The pay is great, especially for the area. As an engineer, the bonus structure is amazing.

Occasionally, the projects worked on get into a sort of mad dash mode where it's easy to forgo a work-life balance. This is almost always short term and resolves, but an occasional issue nonetheless. Travel can also get pretty heavy at these times, so be ready to be out of town.
