      Pros

      Fast paces, high energy, high morale work force. Huge growth since inception leading to multiple new opportunities. A truly global company with a global reach with products built to own the living space. I have worked here for 5 years and yes, sometimes its hard, but all jobs need a challenge but in most part it's fun, collaborative and forward thinking.

      Cons

      A lot of M&A and changes as the company grow. We could be better at change management but that said, we get better every day

      Pros

      Inclusive, some great products, good co-workers. Good message and strategy. Benefits and vacation time are also decent. Very good if you're hired in Lisbon, Sao Paolo or Kochi.

      Cons

      Not good if you're in the US or Canada, where it's expensive. Lots of layoffs. Struggling to grow with a lot of operational issues. People departing due to customer complaints. Can't execute on the strategy. Growth dependent on poor macroeconomic climate.
