Business Outlook

Pros

Learning: Cyncly provides exceptional opportunity to learn because of the antiquated infrastructure in place across the organization. It provides an exception opportunity to have an impact as the business joins becomes more modern both from a product and internal operations perspective. People: There are some exceptional people in a few select areas of the business. Unfortunately, most are leaving. Flexibility: For the most part you have autonomy to get things done on your own. There is a lot to do so you will be tied to you desk.

Cons

Growth: Prospects of growing the business are consistently killed with more structural changes. The operating model is inefficient and means there are too many cooks in the kitchen and way to many people in senior roles telling to few junior people what to do. Prioritization: If doing everything is prioritization. Great. Nothing seems to get done because the company tries to do everything. Board: Spend an inordinate amount of time building for the board instead of focusing on our customers Meanwhile, the board doesn't even need/want that level of detail. The combination is constant iterations in the minutiae leaving little room to execute. Product: Nothing delivered in years.
