      fix salary on time and can work from home

      Cons

      They don't give incentives of the candidates even after start. They keep you in dark that the candidate has not join the project so that they don't have to give incentives. If you want to confirm do talk to people who have left the organisation because of this. Not even a single one will give you positive review about this company. All the positive feedback are written by the HR and management so that they can attract people. Even the rates for the requirements is so less that you wont find a technician in that rate. Be ware do not join this company in any case.

      Pros

      - Immediate team is great people to work with through lead level. - Work gives fascinating insight into AI/LLM capabilities.

      Cons

      - Management is invisible and arbitrary - No advancement path. Originally "advancement" was through increased responsibility with no increase in pay, eventually even that disappeared. - Pay is well below reasonable for job requiring advanced degree and experience. This is the "shadow" workforce of training AI. - No job security. At some point, you will be released with zero notice, you'll learn your contract has not been renewed by finding on a Monday morning that you can't log in and then seeing an email that was sent after work hours the previous Friday saying nothing more than you must return their laptop. - Contributing to the further erosion of human work.
