Pros

+Some of the doctors are actually down to earth and also feel the same pains the techs do. +Free lunch if already scheduled during mandatory meeting

Cons

- Little to no work life balance - Double standards + favoritism - Gaslighting from management - Department managers do not know how to communicate effectively and tend to do things in a back handed manner - Most of the lead technicians get away with pretty much anything (only half take advantage of that though) - They let just about anything walk through the door and be seen even if we are already double/triple booked. -Endless checklists with tedious tasks that need to be done in order for us to be released at the end of long days and only the lead techs are able to release us who are generally unapproachable and too scatterbrained to give simple answers let alone delegate.

We hope you have seen improvements since you initially submitted this review in 2021 with the many changes we put in place in the CSR Department and throughout the hospital. We uphold our standards and take feedback we receive into consideration for improving and developing skills of our retained staff. We practice direct, honest and polite communication and encourage 360 degree feedback, empowering all employees to address concerns to their peers regardless of position or hierarchy. It sounds like you've directly witnessed some 'catty' behavior that would be the perfect feedback to give that person if it's continued. This is in place to eliminate tattling, reduce drama, and encourage problem solving amongst involved parties. Employees that are uncomfortable are offered training, coaching and CE for conflict and communication in the workplace. Pros

The owner and head doctor is the most amazing human and will do anything for his employees

Cons

upper management only cares about $$$. once corporate came around they no longer cared about us and constantly shoved numbers down our throats
