None, the center is empty compared to what it looked like five years ago

Extremely low pay for a non-stop call volume, disrepectful management with high school diplomas bossing arround the interpreters with a minimum of bachelor's degree. Corrective actions are issued left and right for things like cluttered desk, drinking water from an open container (120 degree AZ weather), using your phone. The company is cheating the interpreters with the governement contract - paying the CyraCom rate when is supposed to pay the fed rate. The company is 100% run by the Hispanic team members, no diversity; no promotions, cheating with pay (the management is instructed to get as many corrective actions as possible to refuse a merit increase to the interpreters).
