Other than working remotely, not many.

No room for advancement. Bi monthly pay - offer opportunities for paycheck to be wrong - mine often was and NEVER in my favor. Most senior leadership bailed in 3Q 2025 for other companies. The India arm drives the company - not compatible with doing business in the US - no sales support, no enforcement of contracts, no real technical innovation to compete.
