Pros

Work remotely , decent work salary Good and friendly backend colleagues who are usually overworked with fatigue.

Cons

Management from India and does not want to listen to Singapore team opinions similar to what is mentioned by some other U.S base ex employees. Horrible poc process - manual form filling at Salesforce with no automation despite being a company that have orchestration gateway in the product. Every poc becomes a painful customized project itself that requires time and effort which eats the life and energy away from the hardworking backend team. C level have poor assessment of the APJ sales strategy which they could have made the adjustment in 6 months period. They close down the whole apj team after a year This highlighted another flaw of the short sightedness of the C level who could have made the adjustment to the sales strategy. By closing the apj team causes unnecessary cautioness of purchasing good products from startups in the whole of Apj region. HR is the worst of the lots. Despite the brewing dissatisfaction on apj team from c level in Sept 2022, the ground staff were totally not made known to the fact and ask to switch from global hr company to a Cyware registered local business entity and forfeit the leaves of some staffs who are deem as serving less than 3 months contractually despite actually working much much longer than that. Thus not having to pay any accrued leaves base on legal contract. Well played! Goodbye Cyware from Apj. Please don't ever come back.

Pros

-Pay is great -People on my team were great

Cons

-A lot of late night work(India based working ethics) -Everything is developed in India and the US is only there for face of US restricted customers. -Company has no proper goals/roadmaps -Communication is basically non existent(Its mostly done through whats app/in person) and everyone in the US is remote. -If company does bad US employees are first to go. -US employees are thought of last(Had a hackathon and US employees had to work then go into the hackathon leading to a 24+ hour day).
