The owner and chef owner are racist they are okay with blk’s as long as they stay down!! Once you seem like you want more they will remind you at every turn that your support to be down there.
Typical kitchen job honestly. Pay could be better given the context but is decent.
Cons
Somewhat mentally draining atmosphere. Kitchen is very cramped and confined despite not being very small but narrow and having a large amount of cooks/ staff moving throughout the day. It’s in a basement lol.
No break room or changing room, no 15 minute breaks, no smoke break. Some pretty weird unpractical rules.
