      Small company, independent. Only a hand full of employees.

      Cons

      A lot of people get laid off, use and abuse employees. Terrible management.

      Pros

      Owners are very personable, good people.

      Cons

      Literally tracked/monitored more here, than my years in the Air Force. Very small business feel, health insurance only covers worker, not family. Quoted 7-800/mo for family. Slim chance to promote. Low pay compared to similar jobs.
