Pros
Consultants are given a large amount of responsibility working on a variety of matters. Since joining, I have worked on projects for clients based in the U.S, Australia and Europe. The senior staff are very supportive and friendly and often consultants work one-on-one with senior members .
Cons
We occasionally work long hours, but that comes with the territory of the industry. But the support we receive from the senior team when working long hours more than makes up for the odd long day.
