Pros
The co-owners of D2Sol, a married couple, one of which is our colleague on the project to which I am assigned, treat us, their employees and/or contractors, like family. They care for us as individuals, and this comes through loud and clear.
Cons
D2Sol's direction, to my knowledge, is to remain focused solely, or nearly so, on Curam implementations, and there are so many other players in the social insurance marketplace now who need supported by the kind of talent that D2Sol has succeeded at recruiting to its team.
