Beautiful building, which naturally inspires creativity. Management cares about employees and willing to listen to suggestions and make changes. Above industry standards for salary and compensation package. Hard work equals great rewards at this company.

Hours are 9 - 6. Leaving at 6:00 makes traffic a little heavier.

Flat hierarchy. Owner's door is always open. Very collaborative environment. Everyone who works there has a chance to make a difference- even interns. Culture is loose, but very demanding. Good work is not enough- only great work gets through the system. Owner is very conscious of work-life balance. So, there are very few late nights. Kids and dogs are often in the office. They have shooting, video and sound studios, and you are encouraged to use them to explore and use your creativity. It's a perfect place to create. Manayunk is right around the corner! Could use more process. Not a place for those who require a lot of micro-management to learn or do their job.
