Pros

Flat hierarchy. Owner's door is always open. Very collaborative environment. Everyone who works there has a chance to make a difference- even interns. Culture is loose, but very demanding. Good work is not enough- only great work gets through the system. Owner is very conscious of work-life balance. So, there are very few late nights. Kids and dogs are often in the office. They have shooting, video and sound studios, and you are encouraged to use them to explore and use your creativity. It's a perfect place to create. Manayunk is right around the corner! Bagel Wednesdays!

Cons

Could use more process. Not a place for those who require a lot of micro-management to learn or do their job.

Pros

Amazing agency staffed with talented people who are fully dedicated to the ongoing success of D4. No competition among employees, as they all work together for a common goal. Beautiful building, which naturally inspires creativity. Management cares about employees and willing to listen to suggestions and make changes. Above industry standards for salary and compensation package. Hard work equals great rewards at this company.

Cons

Hours are 9 - 6. Leaving at 6:00 makes traffic a little heavier.

Pros

Small, fun environment. Co-workers are great to work with: personable, smart, and willing to help out even if it is not their job. Dog friendly, nice huge office space even made room for a foosball table. They have upgraded benefits to included short/long term disability, life, and even pays 100% for employee health insurance under one plan. They have bagel day and all the drinks/snacks you could ask for.

Cons

With any small agency you have your ups and downs. Working on getting process and procedures in place now along with your systems to help manage projects so when all the new opportunity's close you can hit the ground running.
