      - International teams - Nice location (Eindhoven) - 27 days of vacation + 13 ADV

      Cons

      - Low salary for internationals though 30% - Extreme stressful work, non ending - High pressure / burnout issues - Turnover rate (ppl leave quick) - HR not so engaged - Bad IT, problem solving makes u cry - Some managers does not deserve to be there - Dutch way of working (not working)

      Pros

      Coworkers were nice. Friendly. Made some great friendships.

      Cons

      Leadership is not strong within this specific organization. Stayed in their offices most of the time. More concerned about micromanaging than the quality of work that is put out. Mostly self-involved and hardly ever interacted with the people out in the "cube farm".
