      Experience for the resume, very flexible with allocating shifts

      Cons

      No incentive scheme and fail to provide any sort of motivation, they neglect the staff, senior management look down on lower level staff

      Good hours (While I was there) Flexible schedule Nice pay

      Cons

      A lot of decisions were made not by management, but by higher ups at the company. Our stock was also decided on by some sort of computer algorithm, so we’d often have stuff in the back we couldn’t put on shelves without stuffing them. Overall, I think I got out just in time because former coworkers told me the hours got so bad that people were forced to go on food stamps.
