      Pros

      They hire the brightest people in their fields. They might some day have amazing technology that could help change the world.

      Cons

      It's a cult. I've never worked anywhere where the culture is more fake. Management preached lots of spiritual and new age ideals that none of them actually practice. The office used to be a set for Mad Men and I think that suits them perfectly.

      Pros

      It's a great place to work for its strong research and development support. The company is in relatively smaller scale compare to their industry competitor; which indicates a lot of opportunities and challenges to offer.

      Cons

      The reality of the market is harsh to any innovate company in AR devices field, the business forecast is nowhere close to ramping up in the near future.
