      Passionate people working on great technology.

      Lack of focus, missing opportunities to deliver a product that customers wanted. Some reckless spending early on caused an unfortunate situation. Upper management could be a little disconnected/distant at times.

      It's a great place to work for its strong research and development support. The company is in relatively smaller scale compare to their industry competitor; which indicates a lot of opportunities and challenges to offer.

      Cons

      The reality of the market is harsh to any innovate company in AR devices field, the business forecast is nowhere close to ramping up in the near future.
