      Pros

      I've been working for the team for almost 2 years, most of which has involved collaborating directly with CEO and management. Honestly for me, without exaggeration this has been one of the most enjoyable jobs I have ever had. Management has been extraordinarily pleasant to work with, along with an innovative and very entrepreneurial environment that provides a ton of opportunities to explore and contribute new ideas.

      Cons

      For me this is a pro but for others it might be a con. You will have to make sure to take ownership of your work and be able to thrive with potentially minimal management and structure.

      Pros

      Up-to date information on FAA rules and regulations. Working knowledge of the sUAS 's currently on the market and those that are being developed. Extensive experience in the specific applications. IE Public Safety professionals working with Public Safety personnel, Award wining Photo Journalist working with the Media, Professionals in the inspection of infrastructure training the proper use of the new technology.

      Cons

      Some times there is a delay in response time only due to heavy travel schedules. Keeping the on line employee portal up to date is important when we don't work normal office hours.
