      Pros

      Simply to grow up your skills with some creative people in there. Good perks, salary in-time, but it's not really big.

      Cons

      Tighten deadlines, often long working day (more than 8 hour). People are polite with good manner, but someone can be very irritable and behave with you as with a slave.

      Pros

      Biggest advertising holding in Central Asia. Over 12 agencies of different specifications. Aggressive position toward ad market makes working for DASM the big challenge. Due to sufficient number of expats from other countries, the Group has a lot of cutting-edge technologies, which sometimes are too cool for the market; nevertheless in a few years all those technologies will be in high demand on Kazakhstani ad market

      Cons

      For an expat, there is a terrific "work-life" balance. 50-60 hours per week is a norm
