Pros
Medium-sized company with processes that meets high requirements. It's a great experience, using most of the top-rated tools for its processes. Lots and lots of learning due to the company politics to pass along knowledge and commit to product quality. Work hours are very flexible, that's VERY good.
Cons
Apparently not everyone's work is recognized, and some people that doesn't even commit to the company growth are very rewarded. Sometimes, leveling up inside the company depends on bargaining skills, rather than personal effectiveness.
