Pros
I interned at DATAiLLAM as an Executive Assistant, and overall, it was a really solid experience. One of the biggest pros was the work culture, the CEO is super approachable and open to ideas, which made the environment feel comfortable and motivating. I also loved that I wasn’t boxed into one specific role. I got to explore different aspects of business development, which helped me learn a lot in a short time. The team vibe, especially among the interns, was friendly and collaborative.
Cons
Not in a bad way, since it's a startup, things are still falling into place. There’s not always a fixed structure or process, so you need to be comfortable figuring things out as you go. For someone who likes flexibility and learning through doing, this is actually a plus, but having a bit more initial guidance would make the transition smoother for new joiners.
