Pros
-pays well per job and hourly (depending on the type of bus being driven) -flexible schedule if you are part time -free training for cdl -benefits (only for full time employees) -a wide variety of bus work (charter, motor coach, school bus, transit, and shuttle) -Met the CEO his is very nice
Cons
-if you are fulltime you will be worked to the bone, I've heard drivers talk about working for 3 months straight doing tours. no days off...I've also heard its very hard to take time off as a full time driver. -Personally (i was part time, which means i can refuse work/choose my schedule) I've had issues with management and dispatchers making smart remarks about my income and how I'm lazy because they can't push me around/ I wouldn't budge on my schedule. (the reason i left) -part timers have a hard time getting their schedule seen by dispatchers and management. ive texted my schedule to management and dispatchers just to be scheduled one day out of the week (we had work available) there is a "paper slip" system in place but they're not actually organized enough to follow though.
