The organization has undergone significant change with hourly and salary increases, acquisitions, and economic shifts across 21 states. Leadership has worked to improve process and add headcount when the work load becomes too strenuous for a department. During a time of downsizing for the U.S as a whole, DCC has supported their people, and continue to learn and grow as a business.

Independent competition is strong in some markets.
Management is horrible. No communication, don’t treat employees equally or fairly. Overwhelming responsibilities, over worked & under paid. You get thrown to the wolves with what they consider training, it’s laughable & surprising anyone stays on other than they need a paycheck.
