Pros
The renewables industry is awesome, and the people you get to meet and work with are great. This has little to do with the company, and everything to do with the awesome people you’ll work with who are employed at other companies in the industry.
Cons
Micromanagement to the extreme. Extremely high employee turnover. In one year, I saw more than 75% turnover of employees. Always the employees fault, never management. HR person is great, but it’s literally one person who has no real influence, as they report to the executive team. Vacation is laughable (10 days for employees, years 1-5). They also require company wide emails every time you’ll be out of the office, even if it’s for as little as 30 minutes. I would not recommend DCE as a place of employment.
