Pros

The front end team is a great group to work with even when the turn over has been high for at least 5 years. There are great opportunities to gain experience in solar and make meaningful connections. Most of the team have great attitudes and help each other.

Cons

For a company that has grown 300% over the last 5 years, compensation and benefits barely moved. They’d rather write off activities and decor than raise salaries. You will be asked to work harder, cover responsibilities of the people that leave, cover responsibilities in the owner’s separate business venture, all while being told the company is like a family only to find that it’s a one way street. There is a culture of saying “we’re the best” but having the top executives view everyone as replaceable. If you’re comfortable being paid in kudos and having every challenge become someone else’s fault, this is the place for you.

Pros

The Team, the pay, the pride in working for a company that values its employees and customers.

Cons

It's a small company, so everyone knows everyone and everything.

Pros

Engineering team has great people to work with and to learn from.

Cons

Unclear expectations — Job roles and performance metrics were often vague or frequently changing. Disorganized workflows — Priorities shifted constantly, and leadership only became involved after problems arose. Lack of transparency — Leadership made decisions behind closed doors and shared limited information, which is particularly harmful in a small company.
