Worst Place to Work - Anonymous employee DCFCU Employee Review

Executives and managers do not value their good employees. They are unprofessional, have no peoples skills, and are very inconsiderate of others. They are disrespectful to their employees, ALWAYS DEGRADING them. They have no manners at all. There is no consistancy in the organization, always showing favoritism. They are all back-stabbers, brown-nosers, cowards, and loves to invade other people's personal privacy. They micromanage and treat the employees as if they were criminals. They just don't know how to lead, period. All they care is themselves, their pockets, their bonuses, and their fancy trips. Most companies will say, their most valuable assets are their employees but that's not the case in DCFCU. To them, we are nothing but a whole bunch of replaceable people.
