Thank you for your comments and advice. And it’s nice to see you recognise our Pros being our passion and vision, however, it is our whole teams passion and not just one person. We care about people we work with and the properties we service! One of our Pillars is “Health”. It is not healthy to blame others and not consider personal areas to improve, or perhaps oversell ones capability and or breach the trust of your team. It is healthy to focus on the good that the team brings to each other, take the opportunity to grow within the team and certainly honour the trust when invited into a team. We at DCFM are confident that we are really winning. We have a tight and highly capable team that more and more clients are relying on. We have built a great core of people operating as a team. We are seeing team members learning and becoming strong leaders. We will continue to build our team with more great people over time. We are ready for growth with confidence! We don’t “hope”, We “work as a team”. Team DCFM.

Some staff are nice and could be helpful.

Owner of the company wants you too read and action The One minute Management System. Yet his own management team doesn’t have an understanding of the concepts. Staff turnover is high due too a gaslighting & bullying culture. It’s supposed a learning experience & environment but it is not. Hours you’re required too put in are more than is stated in the contract. Start work at 7 in the morning not leaving till 7 at night. No extra pay for this. Miscommunication, poor management, always bout how one member of staff is an excellent worker. Mistakes not being accountable for. Manager likes playing the blame game.
