Questionable management - Anonymous employee DCI Solutions Employee Review

I never felt like I was part of DCi, I just felt like I was 2nd class. Management has their favorites, and with being part of that favored group, it gives you a license to treat others disrespectfully, and get away with it. Working for this company was one of the worst experiences in my life and I wouldn't work for them again if they paid me double. Shame doesn't even begin to cover what I hope they feel.
