      Pros

      Lots of samples of on trend jewelry.

      Cons

      Low chance of promotion/pay increase. Hard work is not appreciated or recognized which leaves employees unhappy and not committed to working. Lots of overtime hours and pressure to perform with no rewards. All female workplace with no men except for top management causes backstabbing/gossip.
