Pros

DCOR takes care of their employees, finds opportunities for advancement, and operates at a high level.

Cons

DCOR is based in California. While many employees travel into the state to work for DCOR, California holds the only jobs for DCOR and the industry is constantly attacked by the state.

Pros

You have a job in a good industry. Seven on/seven off.

Cons

No rewarding hard work. Management treats employees like children. Say one thing and do another. The owner's son took over in 2014 and let the company go downhill. Daddy had to step back in and show the son how to swing.
