Pros

Fully engaged company - awesome people to work alongside - long time employees are very willing to help - lots of talented people - great place to transition out of restaurant industry and into technology - good benefits - management is fair and understanding - dedicated work gets noticed and rewarded

Cons

Sometimes long, unusual hours due to the Hospitality industry schedule - occasionally restaurant people call for assistance and they can be very short tempered and stressed out

Pros

I have been with this company for almost 3 years. I can describe this company with one word... Integrity. Every incentive that was offered to me was honored upon completion. Most of the time I was ahead of schedule based on my performance. Working at DCRS is all about being sharp and having a great attitude. Entry level technicians are offered an incentive laden path to Senior status which includes multiple bonuses and requires learning to support several different types of software. Something to understand about this company - There will be oversight, but you will NOT be micro managed. You are the owner of your work in it's entirety and only you will see it through to fruition. If you cannot or will not be comfortable with this type of work environment, it would probably be best for you to look elsewhere. What I really like the most about working at DCRS is getting a constant feeling of accomplishment. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in working with a very talented group of people who care about the work that they do and set the bar high on being the best at what they do.

Cons

Training period can be difficult
