Good Medical, Dental Insurance. Great hours - 7:30 - 4 Monday to Friday. Holiday pay. Sick and Personal Time. Vacation time decent, increases after 5 years, then 10 years.
Cons
Supervisors are not trained or qualified to have that title. Rules and policies are unequally distributed between employees. After I was let go for valid, medical absences (primarily documented, also), I learned others had been "gifted" other employees PTO to use when they were almost out of their own. Very unorganized and micromanaging by supervisors makes employees LESS efficient, not more efficient. Parent Company, ARI Network Services barely seems to know DCi exists and has little idea of the ineptitude of supervisors, or they simply don't care. Much time wasted in meetings where nothing is accomplished. Pay raises aren't even laughable. It is clear that employees' hard work is not appreciated...your reward for working hard is simply more work and much criticism...while other employees mess around on the internet all day, but since they go out drinking with the boss, there are no repercussions. I watched as several co-workers literally spent months spending most of their work time looking for houses online rather than working. Others spent the majority of their days watching videos or movies on their phones of personal devices rather than working...it was known and nothing was done about it.
